Parallel Workflow?

Note

Parallel Workflows are set up by Administrators.  Click here.

A parallel workflow allows you to conduct a document review where 2 or more reviews

...

can happen in parallel to each other. Each of these reviews are independent of each other.

The result or verdict for a particular document in a review will depend on the workflow outcome configuration of the workflow.

Skip Parallel Step for One User

As a reviewer, you can skip a step in parallel workflow.

When skipping a parallel step in a workflow, RIB CX now allows you to skip the step for just one user within that parallel step.

  • Allows individual user steps to be skipped without affecting other reviewers.
  • Users must still provide a reason before skipping that step

To Skip workflow step, go to the WTX, click 'Review Documents' → 'Review Tools' → 'Skip Step'

Then pick a verdict and type in a reason for skipping the step
