How to Download the Attachments

Select all option for thumbnail view of attachments.
Simply select the files you want to download and then click on the Download button

Or to select each attachment individually, when you hover over an attachment you will be able to tick in the check box and then click on the download arrow.

To select all the attachments tick the check box next to File Name.
To select individual attachments tick the check box next to the document you want to download.
Click Download
