Another way to quickly create Defects is to create a Short cut to the New Defects form.

Favourite.

Creating a

Favourite for a Defect

Form

To create a shortcut or

Favourite for the New Defect form;

1. Go to the Modules tab.

2. Click on the Defects Module.

3. Select the Defects document type.

4. After the Defect list has loaded

, click on the star icon on the bottom left of the screen.

5. From here

select Pin Create as

Favourite.

6. Then give your

Favourite a name - let's call it Create New Defect.

7. Click Continue.

8. You will now be directed to the

Favourites tab

, on this tab you will see your new

Favourite.

Creating a New Defect

Using Your Favourite

1. Go to

Favourites tab.

2. Tap on the

"Create New Defect" Favourite.

3. A new Defect form will be loaded.
