An external bid is one received from outside the iTWO cx RIB CX Tenders system. This could be an email or an attachment you have received from one or more of your bidders.
As the bid has been sent from outside of the iTWO cx RIB CX system, the information is disconnected and is not processed by the Tenders module. Neither the Tender Dashboard nor the Tender Package is updated with the relevant bid details.
However, with iTWO cx RIB CX Tenders, capturing this information is easy and bid information can be imported into your package to keep all your Package/Bidder details in one place.

2. Click Summary next to the package you wish to upload the bid to.
3. Go to the Package Progress Tab.
Select Bidders

5. This will upload your external bids into iTWO RIB cx Tenders.
