How to Push Groups

1. Go to Configure > Utilities.
2. Click Push Groups.
3. Select from the drop down the groups to be pushed to another project/s.

If you are pushing a group from Project A to Project B, BEFORE pushing ensure that the person with the editable rights on Project A already belongs in Project B (otherwise add them). If the above criteria is not met then on pushing the group to Project B, the group will be created but will be locked down and not editable by anyone. This is because the user or groups with the editable rights in Project A did not exist in Project B at time of pushing. USER ID must be the same in both projects. If the user ID for Project A is RIB-AM but in Project B RIBCX-AM DO NOT push the group. In this scenario the group needs to be created individually in Project B. |
