How to Download Documents

Download a Document or Folder
1. Click on the document or folder you want to download.
2. The document toolbar will be displayed.
3. Click on the Download button on the toolbar.
One Click Download
When your mouse hovers over each document row in the grid it will show a download button. Click on it to Download the document directly.
To download more than 1 document
Download Multiple Documents
1. Select 1 documentTick each document you want to download.
2. Press Ctrl Or press and hold down the Ctrl on your keyboard and click on the other documents you would like to download.
3. Click on the download button.
To download a folder and a document together
Download Multiple Documents from Different Folders
1. Select the folder or document you would like to downloaddocuments from a folder.
2. Pres Ctrl on your keyboard and hold it down while you select the other folders or documents you would like to downloadClick on the Add to Basket tool.
3. Click no download button on the toolbar.
Download Documents from the Details page
1Select the documents from the next folder.
4. Click on the Add to Basket tool.
5. Click on the document name basket icon to go to the document details pagebasket.2
