Added a configuration option: To configure Zero Commitment Button:

1. Go to Configure.

2. Document Types.

3. Contract form.

4. On the right hand pane scroll to the below section.

5. Select "Show Negative Commitment Button" to all contract form types that .  This will allow the user to automatically generate automatically generate a negative contract variation.

6. Once configured, the buttons will be displayed in the toolbar when enabled .

For the negative variations that are created;created the Value equals the Total of Contract minus the Certified to Date Amount:

Value = Total of Contract - Certified to Date

This will zero On the Cost Card Report the Cost to Complete will be Zero for this item on the Cost Card Report. (excluding the item (excludes any forecasts).
