1. Go to Configure.
2. Document Types.

6. Once configured, the buttons will be displayed in the toolbar.
Create Negative Variation to Zero Commitment
For negative variations created the Value equals the Total of Contract minus the Certified to Date Amount:
Value = Total of Contract - Certified to Date
On the Cost Card Report the Cost to Complete will be Zero for the item (excludes any forecasts).
1. Click on the Contract you would like to create a negative variation for.
2. Click on the 3 dots on the bottom tool bar.
3. Select Zero Commitment.
4. Snap shot below will appear, click Create.
