In this release, we've added the following feature

Contracts Admin

Support Cap Claimed to Assessed in combination with Progress per Variation Line Item

Info

Prerequisites:

  1. On the Claim form - enable "Limit variation scheduled/certified amount based on variation assessment"
  2. On the Variation form - enable "Allow progress to be claimed per line item"

With this configuration set up, you can as an example

Create a variation for $ 10,000

Make a claim against it at 100%

Go back to the variation and assess it to an amount less than the original amount

When you go to approve the claim it will only allow you to approve the new amount that the variation was assessed for.

And you will not be allowed to claim more than the assessed amount.
