In this update to iTWO cx, we have added the following features

Core 

Column Filtering for Form Registers and Saved Searches

As part of the ongoing improvements we are making around the form registers, this week we are introducing the ability to Filter your registers as well as your saved searches using the column headers.

In this update, we are adding support for filtering on the 

  • The Status of a form (via form registers and saved searches)
  • Select User Fields (via saved searches)
  • Checkbox User Fields (via saved searches)
  • Radio User Fields (via saved searches)

Filter a Form Register by it's Status.

Do to so click on the filter icon in the Status / Late column


Then select the Status you wish to filter by and click on Filter. You can filter by 1 or more statuses

Once the filter is applied the column header will indicate a filter has been applied

Please note that these Filters are not saved and only applied as quick filters for existing data. If you need the filters saved, please create a saved search as you normally would

Filtering User Fields (Select, Checkbox, Radio)

You can also filter user fields in a saved search using the column headers

Click into the column headers and pick the options to filter by


Searches with multiple Form Types

If a search or saved search has multiple form types, the status column will display the statuses from both form types


Removing Filters

You can remove filters by clicking into a column filter icon and and clicking on

Clear - to clear just the filter for that column

Clear All - to clear filters from all columns


Tenders

Project Level Locked Box Tender Setting

The locked box tendering setting has now been made into a project-level setting.

The 3 options available are

  • Disabled - turned off for all packages
  • Enabled - enabled for all packages but can be turned off when creating packages
  • Forced - enabled and cannot be turned off when creating new packages




Contracts Admin

Budget Figures to be shown based on Linked Budget Line (Control Sheets configuration)

Based on the config setting for Control Sheets Budget and Budget history will be based off linked budget line.

When the config option is set to Linked Budget, we've added to the budget amounts, a Sum of the amount from any matching line items on contracts linked to this budget line.


  1. Contract Amount
  2. Contract Variations Pending
  3. Contract Variations Approved
  4. Uncommitted Works
  5. Claims Pending
  6. Claims Approved

After adding any amounts to the budget line, these figures will also be recalculated:

  1. Contract Committed To Date
  2. Forecast Cost to Complete
  3. Variance To Estimate
  4. Percentage Completed
  5. Also, recalculate the numbers on all sub-header and header rows.

Updated the Budget Line History page to reflect all the inclusions as per the new calculations.
