To apply a Workflow in the past, users needed to upload their documents before selecting them and sending them on to Review. With our newest release we have streamlined this process.

Apply an Individual Workflow

1. Upload documents as outlined here.


2. After filling in the recipients click on Done & Apply Workflow.

3. The workflow window will open.

4. Fill in the details and add your workflow steps.

Apply Automatic Workflow Configured on Folder

Should you upload documents to a folder with an Automatic Workflow associated to it, you can click on:

  • Skip & Apply Workflow, if you are

...

  • not adding any recipients to the distribution.  This will put the documents into the Workflow.
  • Skip Distribution (for more information refer here).
