Apply a Workflow When Uploading and Distributing Documents

Apply an Individual Workflow 

1. Upload documents as outlined here.

2. After filling in the recipients click on Done & Apply Workflow.

3. The workflow window will open.

4. Fill in the details and add your workflow steps.

Apply Automatic Workflow Configured on Folder

Should you upload documents to a folder with an Automatic Workflow associated to it, you can click on:

  • Skip & Apply Workflow, if you are not adding any recipients to the distribution.  This will put the documents into the Workflow.
  • Skip Distribution (for more information refer here).

Apply Workflow to Drawings Previously Uploaded to Publication Space

  1. Select the files to be added to a Workflow
  2. Click on Apply Workflow
  3. Choose Workflow
  4. Fill in any additional details as required
  5. Apply
