How to Add a Comment to a DRI
You can add comments to your design issues to communicate key information between the parties involved in the Design issue.
There are 2 types of comments you can add to a Design Issue.
Public Comments
Public comments are accessible and can be seen by any user who has access to the Design Issue.
Internal Comments
Internal comments are only accessible to the author and other users who belong to the same company as the author of that comment.
Add Common on Open DRI
1. Open the DRI.
2. Add your comment.
3. Click Add.
Add a Comment from Your Hotlist, Notification List or the Design Issue Register
1. To add a comment, open the Design Issue by clicking on it.
2. And then add your comment in the comment area.
3. You can set this comment to be a Public or Internal Comment.
Add a Comment from a Workflow
1. Open the Issues tab and clicking on Show Comments.
2. This will display the Comment area.
3. You can add a Public or Internal comment from here.
4. As well as add attachments.
You can also add a comment by clicking on the Design Issue on the Issues tab to open it. And then Add your comment.
How to Change the Status of a DRI

Using Action Buttons

This standard configuration means that when the DRI is an open status you will see the Issue Fixed Button.
When clicked it will change the status of the DRI to To be Checked.
While it is in this status you will see 2 buttons which are Fail and Issue Resolved.
Clicking on Fail will change the DRI status back to Open as the issue has not been resolved.
Clicking Issue Resolved will close the DRI and change its status to resolved.
