For eg

John Mcallister is a tender admin in Project A

John Mcallister is also a tender admin in Project B

In project A John's email is johnm@abc.com.au with a user id of ABC-JM

In project B John's email is johnm@abc.com.au with a user id of DEF-JM

Noting that here John is under 2 different companies in 2 different projects but sharing his email address. Hence he can now import any Tender DB's under Company DEF from Proj B into company ABC in Project A or vice versa.
