The quality workflow starts with the creation of an ITP.
Depending upon the projects workflow, the ITP may go through an approval process prior to it being APPROVED.
Once approved, the ITP forms the basis for all other QA documents.
ITPs are split to create Lot forms which are used to manage all quality tasks required for a parcel of work. A checklist on the Lot form is used to indicate when a section of work is 100% complete.
Action Points, Survey and Test Requests are all split from the Lot form.
