Creating an ITP
Overview
The quality workflow starts with the creation of an ITP.
Depending upon the projects workflow, the ITP may be raised by the Subcontractor or the Head Contractor and can go through an approval process prior to being APPROVED.
Once approved, the ITP forms the basis for all other QA documents.Â
ITPs are split to create Lot forms which are used to manage all quality tasks required for a parcel of work. A checklist on the Lot form is used to indicate when a section of work is 100% complete.
Action Points, Survey and Test Requests are all split from the Lot form.

Import from Excel to a List
We've improved and simplified the way you import data from excel into a List on modern forms.
Now you can simply click on the Import from Excel button in your list control, download the template and browse and attach that file to import data into excel.
You can also append or overwrite data on the list using the Import function.
Classic Forms
When importing to a classic form, use the code for options of select userfields. Using the description will not import correctly.
The import process will not be complete until you submit your document.
Filter a List by its Header Columns
We've enabled column filtering for lists on Modern forms now so that you can filter the list on a form to quickly drill down into the information that matters to you.
Field types that can be filtered
- TextÂ
- Select
- Radio
- Checkbox
- Date
All other field types are excluded from Column filters.
