iTWOcx iTWO cx forms are automatically numbered and filed in the Correspondence module by type.
iTWOcx iTWO cx forms are not distributed in the conventional sense because they never leave the iTWOcx iTWO cx database. People are invited into the conversation via addressing either ‘Action’ or ‘Info’ and are notified on issue or reply to the form.
