1. Swipe right to left on the row.
   
   This will give you 2 buttons on the document row to Approve or Reject
   
   
2. Tap on the Reject button
   
   This will pop up a confirmation message
   
   
3. Click Yes to confirm the Rejection
   
   This will Cancel the document and action it back to the Author
