Search the Defect list by Status

1. Go to Modules
2. Select the Defects Module
3. Select Defects Document type
4. This will load a list of all your Defects
5. To filter the list Tap on the Filter icon in the bottom middle of the screen
6. This will show you a page with different search criteria you can apply to the list
7. To Filter the list by Status click on the Status row
8. This will show you a list of the Statuses you can search for
9. For Inspection purposes we will Select the Status RectifyOnce Rectify is selected Ready to Inspect
10. Click Search

This will load a list of all the Defects in Status Ready to Inspect

Search the Defect list by User field data (Trade, Location etc)

1. Simply tap on the user field you can to filter by
2. Select the values you want. In this example we are adding a Location and Trade value
   
   

3. This time we will search for 

   Defects in Status - Ready to Inspect

   Location is - Building B

   Trade is - Carpet

4. And click search

This will load a list of all the Defects based on your search criteria. Note we kept the Filter for Status from before as well.

2. Select the user you want
3. Click Search

Removing Search Criteria

1. Click edit on the Search page
2. Chose the criteria you want to clear
3. Click Clear Search criteria
