Creating a Favorite for the New Defect form and;
How to use the favorite Favorite to create a new Defect.
Creating a Favorite for a Defect form
To create a shortcut or Favorite for the New Defect form;
1. Go to the Modules tab.
2. Click on the Defects Module.
3. Select the Defects document type.
4. After the Defect list has loaded5. Click , click on the star icon on the bottom left of the screen.
65. From here Select Pin Create as Favorite.
76. Then give your Favorite a name - let's call it Create New Defect.
87. Click Continue.
98. You will now be directed to the Favorites tab10. On , on this tab you will see your new Favorite

Creating a New Defect using your Favorite
1. Go to Favorites tab.
2. Tab on the New Defects Form favoriteFavorite.
3. A new Defect form will be loaded
