Contact Lists have been enhanced with a new grid structure, while a digital signature field has been added for forms. Bid assessment has been improved with configurable criteria, while Mobile App users can now open email notifications they receive through the application.

The 21.08 release of iTWO cx will begin automatically rolling out across projects as of August 18, 2021. All new features and functionalities on offer are explored below.

Core

New Form Designer

As part of the 21.08 release iTWO cx is launching a new form designer. At the time of the initial soft release, this tool will only be available to internal iTWO cx staff members.

However, the ultimate aim of this tool is to provide users will the ability to design their own forms and customise them based on their own processes. We will be announcing when this will occur later in the year.

Below is an overview of what you can expect from this tool.

Drag and drop form creation

Simply drag and drop existing user fields onto the layout to create your forms.

You can also create brand new user fields by dragging and dropping a new one from the options on the left-hand side.

Section Control

A new control called a section has been added to the new form designer. When added you can define the security for the section so that only the relevant users see a particular section

You can also add labels and user fields within a section and you can have as many rows as you need.

Grid View for Contact Lists

The contact list interface has been given a complete overhaul. All contacts are now shown in a table or grid format to make it easy read the contact list and find users.

See below for a list of key changes
