Account Activation Email
The easiest way is to go back to your original Account Activation email.
1. You can do an email search for “Welcome to RIB CX”.
2. Locating the original Account Activation email, click on the second web link. You will be taken to the login screen.
3. After a period of time (this is an RIB CX setting), this link will expire after approx. 3 months and will no longer work. In this circumstance, the notification email (option 2) will point you in the right direction.
If you still cannot work out your project number contact our support team here. Support will be able to do a search for your email address across all RIB CX projects.
