From June 2019, you can configure a Package Invite Form that must be completed by your bidders prior to Issuing the Package to them. You can use this as part of your vetting process before Issuing package to bidders
Enable Invite Option
- To configure this go to Project Settings from the Tender Dashboard
- Then to to the Package Config tab in the Config Wizard
- And then Enable the Invite option
Select Form Type
- You must Select a Form that will be sent to the Bidder as the Tender Invite
Configuring Default Text
- You can also configure the text in the email subject that goes out when the Package Invite is Sent. Along with the text for the email subject when the Package is eventually issued.
Additionally you can also configure the text of the actual email by clicking on the Configure Default Email text button
From here you can edit the text as shown below
