Before we get started with adding user field information here is a quick look at the user field types supported on iTWOcx Mobile compared to iTWOcx.

Please note that to be able to view the user fields on an iTWOcx form on iTWOcx Mobile, the user fields will need to be configured on the online platform first. 

Editing User field Information

To edit the form user fields on iTWOcx Mobile go to the Form tab of a document.

In this example we will create a Defect document.

1. First Click on Modules tab.

2. Select Defects Module.

3. Select Defects Document type.

4. Click on the Create New Document button on the bottom right.

5. New Defect is created.

6. Select the form tab.



Here you will be able to see all the user fields you have access to

1. Text fields will be given a text area to add your text comments eg (Further Notes).

2. User fields with different options display the options you have access to so you can make your selection (eg Location).


Editing a Text Userfield

1. Click on the blank area.

2. Add your text.

3. Click Done.


Editing a Select or Radio User Field

1. Click on the blank area.

2. The options you have available to you will be shown.

3. Select the option you want.

4. The app will take you back to the form tab with your selection.


Editing a Check box User Field

1. Click on the blank area.

2. The options you have available to you will be shown.

3. Select the option or options you want by tapping on the checkbox icon you want.

4. When you are done, Click on the Done button.

5. The app will take you back to the form tab with your selection.


Editing a Cascading Userfield

1. Click on the blank area.

2. The options you have available to you will be shown.

3. Select the option you want.

4. You will be automatically taken to the option under this level.

5. Keep selecting values as needed.

6. Once all the levels have been selected the app will take you back to the form tab with your selection.


Mandatory or required user fields

If you do not fill them in a message will be shown telling you which user fields have not been filled in.


Saving your changes

1. After you have made all your changed click on Save at the top right.

2. And then Save and Close.

3. All your changes will be uploaded to iTWOcx and the history of the document will reflect what you changed and well to maintain complete audit history.
