1. In the related tab, click on Associate.
2. Search for the form you want to associate.
3. Select the form by clicking in the circle on the left of the form.
4. Click Associate.
5. Confirm you want to Associate.
6. The form is added to the Related list. This will update iTWO cx project as well.
