23.12 Mobile Releas

The new mobile app release will start rolling out from the 18th of December.

Display saved searches in the app

For saved searches with a single form type in the criteria you can now enable it to be available on the mobile app.

You can enable access to such saved searches via the tickbox that can be found on the edit criteria page of a saved search on the web version of RIB CX.

Once enabled it will be shown on the mobile app on the favourites tab

Download favourite with or without attachments

When creating a favourite you now have the option to download the results with or without attachments

Downloading the forms without attachments will be much faster. You will still be able to open each for and download its attachments individually.

Default Values for user fields in a list

With the web version adding support for default values for list user fields, the mobile app also adds support for this functionality in this release.

Control the attachment size you download for images

We've added further control on the size of the images that you download to the mobile app to improve performance.

You can find the settings in the settings tab.

Additionally, attachments over 10 MB will now be skipped when a pin is created with attachments. These can be downloaded on demand by opening the specific form and downloading that attachment.

Added auto-complete functionality to status and user field filters

Now you can search options using the auto-complete functionality.
