How Do I Find My User Name?

You can log into RIB CX with your registered email or your user name. To find your user name, log into RIB CX using your registered email.

Your user name is located on the top right-hand side of the page in the menu bar.

Your user name is comprised of two parts. The first section represents your company, in this example RIB is an acronym representing Account Manager’s company which is RIB.

All other contacts in this RIB CX project that work for RIB will also have the company code of RIB.

The characters “AM” are the initials of the Account Manager. This makes up the code RIB-AM.

This code is automatically created when the project administrator adds you as a contact.
