If you are set up as an Admin for a particular user field you can add options to the list of available choices on the go.
This option is available to you on the
- Upload page
- Bulk edit page
- The document details page
- And on the Basket page
- To add a new value just pick the Add a value option from the drop down ( it is the last option on the list )
- A new window will pop up letting you add the description and code of the new option.
- Provide those details and click Save
- The new option should be available to you instantly
