You need to be an administrator to set this up.

If you are having issues viewing plans on your mobile please contact your project administrator.

Before you can add Pins on Drawings using the Mobile App you need to configure which Plans are available.

The two options available are:

This option will allow the user to add a pin to any plan on the publication space as long as they have access to it and to mark it up.

When this option is set you will need to add the plans you wish to use for adding pins.

1. Go to Configure > Pin to Plan

To allow pins to be added to any plan in the publication space, choose Allow Pins on Any Plan from the drop down list.

To allow pins to only specific plan select Only Allow Pins for Specific Plans.

Select the Form Type and User Field you would like to use to categorise your plans.

Any select user field can be used to categorise you plans.

Alternatively, you can add a new user field to the form type and use that to categorise you plans.

Once you have configured the plan structure you can start adding Plans. Plans are added directly from the Publication Space.

To add a plan Click Add Plans.

Select the category of the plan you are going to Add then browse through the Publication Space to add the Plan that you want

Click Save after selecting the plans.

Note that currently only single paged PDF files can be added.

You can add Plans to individual categories by Clicking on the Add Plans button for each category.

To delete a plan you can click on the Bin icon for the plan, located at the end of each row.
