New Manual Markup Distribution Options

Four new options have been added to the PS settings to enhance the distribution process for manual markup revisions:

Distribute Markup Revisions Options

1. None: No changes to the current behavior. Markups are saved, and a MU rev is created without Distribution

2. Pop-up: Triggers a distribution window when a markup is saved, auto-populating recipients based on folder auto-recipients.

3. DTX with Notifications: Automatically creates a distribution transmittal (DTX) in the background, addressing folder auto-recipients, and notifies them.

4. DTX without Notifications: Automatically creates a DTX in the background, addressing folder auto-recipients, but without sending notifications.

Behavioral Updates

• The DTX created includes only the specific MU revision and grants access to designated recipients.

• Supports all markup types.

• Works seamlessly with CM revisions.

• Ensures the DTX remains PRIVATE if at least one recipient is marked as private.

Automatic Markup Revision Creation for Pins and Stamps

When a pin or stamp is added as a markup, a new MU revision is automatically created. This ensures that all markups are consistently tracked and managed.

Key updates include:

• MU revisions are now included in print PDFs / publish CM rev tools.

• Functionality is available for markups within a workflows and standalone markup use (outside of a workflow).
