In this update, we have implemented the following features

Publication Space

Hidden Distribution support

You can now distribute documents to multiple users and flag it as hidden.

When a distribution is hidden a separate copy of the Distribution Transmittal will be sent to each user in Action. Info users will be added to each of those copies.

The sender of the documents will still see all users they distributed the document to when viewing the DTX.

The receivers (or the users in action) will only see themselves and the users in info

Users within the same company will see each other in the action area even with the hidden option ticked. If you'd like users within the same company to also receive their own

Support for Contact User Fields

With this release, you can add contact user fields to the publication space. To add a contact user field go to Publication Space and then add a new custom field from the fields tab and select Contact type

Upload page
Bulk edit
Document Details page.

Move annotations

Annotations can now be moved by clicking on Move button on the markup toolbar.

Once clicked all annotations become movable. You can move them to the required new position and click on Save.

You can also right-click on any individual markup/annotation and select move on the context menu that is shown.

Core

Retain workflow history when a reviewer is removed

Previously when a reviewer was removed from a workflow the users workflow history was removed. With this release, the history will be retained.
