Report on the Model

There are several reports you can run in the BIM module.

Object List Report

This report lists all the objects in the selected view on the model.

Related List Report

This report lists all the related forms/documents based on the visible objects.

State Reports

The State reports provides a colour coded view of the model for the objects that have any type of form linked to them.

In the example, the model is coloured to show the state of the LOT forms linked to objects in this model, as we have run the LOT report. A state report will automatically be shown in the menu for each custom split button you have created against the model file.

The states reported for the forms are 

  • Open forms
  • Warning (forms which are due in the next 7 days)
  • Late forms (forms that have passed their due date)
  • Closed forms
