Split From an Object to Create a New Form

You can split from an object to a new form to link to it.

Select the object in the model that you want to split from.

Click on the split button.

On the new form window select the type of form you wish to create by changing the type dropdown. 

Fill in the form and submit it.

This will create a link to the new form and the object.
