Create a Model Document Type

To upload a model file into RIB CX you must first create a model document type. A model document type allows you to upload a specific model file against this document type. 

You can have one or more model document types in a single project. 

You must be a project admin to perform the following steps.

  1. Go to Configure.

  1. Click on document types and then new.

  1. Give your document type a Code.

  1. Select Document Type as CPI Module.

  1. Give the Document a Title.

  1. File it under the 3D BIM module.

  1. Click Save.

Refresh the menu and you should see the new model document type under the 3D BIM module.
