Preview Documents

To preview documents in Publication Space select the document you want to view.

New Document Previewer

The new previewer allows uses to view documents in full-screen viewing and supports all existing markup types. This feature includes:

  • Loading Screen Support

  • Toolbar integration

  • Page controls to view page-by-page and single-page modes

  • Search enabled to search PDF text within the previewer

  • All markup types are viewable

To toggle on ‘Switch to New Preview’

A confirmation to Switch to New Preview will appear

Click on Save

  • Markup creation in New previewer is not supported.

  • All markup creation continues to happen in the existing CX previewer.
