Reports
All saved searches and reports configuration is located in the one please. Navigate to Configure> Reports.
Columns displayed are:
Column | Description | More Information |

Name | The name of your saved search cannot have spaces. | |
Description | The description can have spaces. | |
Type Display Name | This column displays what type of search it is e.g. WTX Report, Grid, Statistics. | |
Folder Path | This is the module / folder in which your report / saved search will be filed. | |
Applicable | Choose what users, groups, companies, roles etc. that can see the saved search / report where it is filed, click on it and see the results. | |
Editable | Choose what users, groups, companies, roles etc. can edit the criteria, layout, order of the saved search / report. | |
Output | A saved search can be editable or read only. Refer to link for more information. | |
Available on Mobile | Saved searches can be either available (yes) or not available (no) to view on the mobile app. This is a new column to the layout as indicated in image below. Options here are:

Retire / Edit / View | Retire a saved search / report if you no longer require it. Edit a saved search. Will be not available if you do not have editable rights. View - this will open your saved search and show the results. |
