Access to Folder Settings
Document Controllers (Register Admins) can open a folder’s settings or jump to its location directly from the document preview or folder view - without digging through long folder trees. This helps with faster audits, troubleshooting, and verification of distribution rules or access settings, especially in large projects with thousands of folders and documents.

How It Works
In Folder View:
A settings icon appears in the top breadcrumb bar (next to refresh)
Clicking it opens that folder’s settings in a modal
In the Document Preview > Details tab:
A new Folder field displays the document’s location
Includes two icons:
Open: opens the folder in a new browser tab
Settings: opens that folder’s settings in a modal over the current view
If the folder path is too long, it’s shortened visually—hover to see the full path
