PDF a Form
To PDF a form click on the PDF button.
When exporting a modern form to a PDF, the PDF adapts based on how the user configures the form view at the time of export. There are two export behaviours:
Manual PDF Export (via UI): Matches the user’s view – hiding or collapsing sections and toggles based on what’s active
API/Handover Export: Always shows a full version – all sections expanded, all toggles visible (regardless of UI state)
