In this release, we have released the following features

Tenders

Reporting on Progress of submission forms and interview forms

In this release, we have added the ability to report on the completion progress of tender submission and interview forms.

A new config option in has been added in Tender settings (Package Config tab) to display submission form progress 

• When enabled a new column is added to the package progress tab called Progres
• This progress bar will be shown for each bidder

How is the prog bar calculated

• It will look up all forms configured in Bid submissions and check if the Tender Interview form is enabled.
• Progress is calculated based on the number of total user fields on all of the forms configured in Bid submissions and all of the user fields configured in the tender interview form (if enabled)
• If a user field has been filled out it will be counted towards the progress
• The calculation will be based on the number of forms created at the time. i.e. if a Tender Interview form has not been created  it will not be included in the Calculation
• If no form has been created progress will be shown as NA. The denominator will always be based on what is created at that time.
• Draft bids are excluded from this calculation
• If there are multiple forms that are being reported on you can hover over the mouse to view individual progress of those reports

Bidder Page - Cross-Project pre-fill of Tender Assessment Form

From any project, if the current bidder's company has already filled out the tender assessment form (or other submission forms), the system will default the values to what they have previously filled out. (Limited to regional database)

For example - Project and Bidder are linked to a Tender Database

• This means Bidder A on Project A should re-use the same Tender Assessment Form as Bidder A on Project B so long as the Tender Database is the same.

Core

Rename userfield option for Project Admins

You can now rename a userfield code by going to the userfield page and clicking on rename

Once renamed you will need to update the forms editor 

New User Email Update

The new user email has gotten a minor update for instances where a user is added to multiple projects, letting them know what to do once they log in to access their other projects
