When multiple file formats are combined for the same Document Number, you can display those additional formats on the same row within the Publication Space.
To do this you need to switch on the Additional Files Column from the Settings Page.
1. Go to Publication Space.
2. Settings.
3. Under File Extension tick the Show other formats in the same row option.
Once this is done and you view a document it will appear as shown below.
You can click on the link to the format to view that file.
