QR codes on mobile can be used to create forms, load a list of forms or view plans that are filtered to the data on the QR code scanned.

Click here on how to create a QR Code.

To scan a QR code click on the scan QR code icon to load your camera.

Then scan the QR code 

Once the code has been scanned it will display the information associated with that QR code, such as

  • The form type
  • The user field information

As a QR code is linked to a user field option, you can;

  • Create a new form - a form type that is linked to the QR.
  • Load a list of forms - for the user field option you scanned.
