If your Package Award process involves an Interview process prior to awarding the package, you can issue your Bidder an Interview Checklist prior to the face-to-face meeting. This Interview form can be customised to the needs of each Project.
Configure Interview Checklist
Issue an Interview Checklist to a Bidder
1. Select a Bidder on the Package Progress tab
2. Under Bidder tools select Interview Checklist
3. This will load the configured Interview Checklist Form
4. Once this Form has been submitted for Approval or is still in an Open status, the Interview Status will show as Orange
What do the colors mean?
Orange = Pending/ Not yet Approved
Green = Approved
Approve the Interview Checklist
Once the Interview has been completed and set to a Closed Status, the Interview Status will be set to Green
