From June 2019, you will be able to Configure a set of forms that must be completed as part of the Bid Submission process by the bidder. This is useful if you require the bidders to submit information in a more structured manner. 

  1. Go to Tender Project Settings and go to the Bid Submissions tab
  2. Select Enable.
  3. Click Add Row
  4. Once a row is added, select an iTWOcx form that must be completed by the Bidder during the their bid submission.
  5. You can configure multiple forms that needs to be completed by adding more rows.


The Bidder will then be able to fill in these forms as part of the Bid Submission Wizard. Go here to see what this will look like
