Exporting the results of a search you run is straight forward in the Publication Space.
Export Results to Excel
To export results to excel click on the Export to Excel button.
Clickable Links in Excel Exports
When you export search results of forms or documents to excel, the form reference number and the document number will be links you can click to open and view the forms in the browser.

To export results to excel click on the Export to Excel button.
