When using the iTWO cx Quality Module you may be the action person on a Survey Request.

Although most of the information will be populated when splitting from the LOT, you may need to respond to update fields and progress the workflow.

To respond to a Survey Request when using the Mobile App, follow the steps below.

1. Login to the relevant project using the Mobile App.

2. Your hotlist will display showing items for your action by type.

3. Click on Survey Request to access the list of documents.

4. From the list, click on the required survey request you want to respond to.

5. The form will load on the Details tab.  Change the Action and Info users as required. 

You may need to change the attention of the form using the + icon in collaborators.

6. Then click Form at the bottom of the screen.

7. On the form tab, make changes or add remarks as required.

 

8. Click attachments, Choose to take photos or videos, select one from camera roll or choose a file. 

   

9. Click the paint icon to reveal mark up tools and red arrow to select mark up option. Once mark up is complete, click Save.

10. The photos will display on the attachment page. Click Save to upload the photo to the form.
