Once your iTWOcx Project has been created it will go through a life-cycle from Setup Phase to your Project Close Phase

All phases between the Setup Phase and when your Project is closed is a - Live Phase.

Depending on what phase your project is in - as a Project Administrator you will have restrictions on what settings you can and cannot change.

Mainly though, you can customise your project during Setup phase, but once a Project has entered a Live phase the customisable options are reduced.

The table below gives an overview of these restrictions. 

Please note some options may require custom configuration / solution being available on your project.

Project Configuration 

 Project Administrators have the following configuration privileges in set up and Live phases.

Module Configuration

  • Edit Access in the Module Matrix 
  • Edit Tender Settings
  • Edit Module Administrators 
  • Add/remove Public Files
  • Edit Login Settings (Set up only)

Correspondence Configuration

  • Add/remove letterheads
  • Set default for Show “All” option in correspondence/document list (Set up only)
  • Add/remove letterheads


Contacts Configuration

  • Set Contacts Module to only show based on Who to whom 

  • Set Role Description (Set up only)

  • Set Welcome Email message (Set up only)

  •  Set Contacts Module to only show based on Who to whom 

Who to Whom

  • Can restrict Contacts Module to reflect the Who to Whom matrix
  • Set  Who to whom 
  • Can restrict Contacts Module to reflect the Who to Whom matrix
  • Set  Who to whom 

Document Type Configuration

  • Can edit document types (Set up only)
  • Can edit document types (Must be Doc Type Admin of that document type and Project  Admin)
