How do I Issue a Defect for Repair

To view the list of Defects waiting for Review

1. Click on New Defects for Review from the Count Widget.
   
   

2. All defects with the status "For Review" will be listed. 

3. From here you can view attached photographs and Select a trade to Issue the Defect for Repair

Picking a Trade will;

• Address the Defect to the person associated with that trade
• Update the Status will to Issued for Repair
• Update the trade field to the relevant selection

Should you incorrectly assign a defect,

1) You can click UNDO to pick another trade.

Or

2) Continue to assign all the defects in the list then click Update to refresh the list.
