Once you open a Hotlist document you will be able to edit the different tabs for this document. Depending on what security rights you have you will be able to edit details on each tab.

Adding a comment

1. You can add a comment by clicking on the comment box and clicking submit.

2. This comment will be uploaded immediately to ITWOcx.


Changing the status

1. Tab on the status to view all available statuses.

2. Select the status you want.

3. Click Save.

The status change will then be uploaded to iTWOcx.


Changing the Action user

1. Tap and hold on the user you want to move from Action to Info or vice versa.

2. Drag the user to the Action area and drop.

3. User will be added to Action.

4. And then Save and Close.

The changes will then be uploaded to iTWOcx.


Changing the Info user

Follow the same steps as above for changing the Action user. But this time Drag the user to the info section.

Adding a new collaborator

In addition to this you can also add a new user into either Action or Info

Important Information

 Please note that Addressing rules such as distribution rules and forced users who cannot be removed from Action or Info, as well as addressing type configuration - Single or Multiple are all still applicable on the app.

1. To add a user to the Action field

2. Click on the + icon in the Action User section

3. Search for the user you want to add by typing in their name 

4. Once you find the user you want just tap on his name

5. This user will then be added to the Action user section

6. You can add multiple users this way.

From the Address book

1. You can also add a new user by tapping on the + icon

2. This time without searching click on the + icon next to the search bar

3. You will be shown a list of users grouped by Name or Company

4. You can scroll through the list of users and add the users you want

Add an Info user

Follow the same steps as adding an action user

Address entire company

You could also add the entire company as a info user by selecting Select all under the Company grouping


Remove a user from Addressing

Please note that iTWOcx does not allow you to remove any users that are already saved on a document. 

Therefore you can only remove newly added users before the document has been saved.

To remove a user;

1. Tap on a newly added user.
An X icon will be shown next to their name.

2. Tap on the X and the user will be removed.


Another way to remove a user is to

1. Click on the + sign after adding the new user (Alexander Marsh in Info).

2. Click Edit.

3. And go to the Remove Tab.

4. This will list all the users you are allowed to remove.

5. Select the user you want to Remove.

6. Click Remove.
