Finding a document on iTWOcx Mobile is easy with its search capabilities. 

There are few difference types of searching you can perform on the app.

• A simple search by Title
• Advanced searching

Searching by Title

You can do a document title search on your

• Hotlist
• Notification list
• Or any other Correspondence document type list

To search;

1. Click on the search bar
2. Type your search query
3. Results will start to appear as you type

Advanced Searching

1. Go to Modules
2. Select the Module that you want
3. Select the Doc type you want to search on
4. Once the document list is loaded Click on the Filter icon in the bottom tool bar

You will be able to search on;

• Status
• Addressing - Action or Info users
• Userfields with Options

Select the criteria you want

In this example

1. Status = Issued for Repair
2. Location = Building A / Level 1, 
3. Click Search
4. Results will appear immediately
