When creating or replying to Contracts Admin forms like a:

  • Budget

  • Budget Transfer

  • Budget Variation

  • Budget Forecast

  • Contract

  • Contract Variation

  • Claim

And there are status action buttons based on the total amount of the form, each time the total amount changes, the toolbar will refresh to show only those newly applicable buttons based on the new value of the form.

Eg if the contract value is $100,000 there may be a button on the contract form like below: Image Removed

In this case you do not have the authority to approve a contract greater than $50k.  

If the contract value was changed to $50,000 then there may be an option to Approve / Reject / Back to Author for example.Image Removed
